3. Lukaku keeps on scoring

Romelu Lukaku continues to produce the bulk of Everton’s goals. When presented with an opportunity, Lukaku will put the ball away.

He’s a beast in front of goal and showed the power, pace and composure against Wes Morgan in injury time that Evertonians have come to expect from their world-class striker.

The outcome was inevitable when Lukaku picked up the ball late in stoppage time against the Foxes. He dominated Morgan and waited for Marcin Wasilewski to make the first move. After Wasilewski slid in haphazardly, Lukaku finished with composure and confidence. But did we expect anything else?

Lukaku has now scored six of Everton’s 11 away goals, including a hat trick in the team’s previous away win against Sunderland. The big Belgian has scored 10 of the Toffees’ 23 total goals.
