Everton FC Fans Wanted. Come write for Prince Rupert’s Tower
Prince Rupert’s Tower has steadily grown as FanSided’s home for Everton FC coverage dating back to when the site was first launched in early 2012. While Everton has seen its fair share of ups and downs during that time, the staff here on site have been there through it all. The constant has always been our goal here on site: to give you folks, our readers, the very best Everton FC discussion that we possibly can.
Currently, the season is in full tilt for EPL, and we need help to continue our excellent coverage of the The Toffeemen. We’re looking for passionate writers to help us cover all potential angles in the coming year and beyond.
Consider yourself a passionate fan? Read us or other Everton sites with regularity and ever wonder if you should write about the teams you love too? Maybe you’re just stumbling across us for the first time and you like what you see. We are looking to add to our staff here on site and this could be your chance to grab a stick and join the team.
Prince Rupert’s Tower is currently looking to fill multiple roles on site, including contributor roles and a paid co-expert. Each of these roles has different requirements.
Expectations
We like to let our staff write about the aspects of the teams they are most passionate about. There’s room for those interested in covering any aspect of Everton and its players. Maybe you’re more of a recruiting junkie and you want to talk about the impact a new signing or transfer could have. Or even just chipping in on game previews, roundtable discussions on staff about how the team should approach the offseason or whether a big move is needed to get them back on top, or helping with a number of other potential story ideas there could be a place for you here on the team.

Contributors are asked to write 1-2 posts per week. We’ll always welcome more frequent contributions than that, but we won’t require it. As for the expert roles, those requirements are a bit higher, and we’re happy to provide the details in full. Just send an email to the address at the bottom of this message.
We know that for most this is a hobby and something you do for the love of it. That’s why we do it too, as most of us have families, full-time careers, and/or school to balance into our lives as well (there’s room for things besides sports, right?). This is an opportunity to join a staff of writers here who are just simply passionate about Everton FC as we are and want to continue to reach the rest of this great fan base.
