Let’s take a look at an all Everton transfer target starting eleven.

Everton have been linked with at least 100 players (LOL) and I can’t stop laughing and imagining what the team would look like. This is a fun experiment and in no means warrant that the Everton starting eleven would look like this next season. Perhaps, no club can make as many as 11 signings and draft a new team, not even PSG or Manchester City.

Since the lockdown, transfer talk has begun and Everton fans are treated to some of the craziest transfer rumour drama. There are actually enough players linked that a new full fledged eleven can be formed. I have picked the transfer targets that have been repeatedly linked with the club. Players such as Gabriel Magalhaes and Allan will feature too because they are the players, the Toffees are actually chasing.

Sadly, the likes of Richarlison, Dominic Calvert-Lewin or any first team player who features on the Everton roster won’t feature. The formation is 4-3-3 and here’s how an Everton transfer target XI will look.

Goalkeeper: Sergio Romero (Manchester United)

Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Romero was a discussed target. Leeds United and Everton were the teams linked with the Argentine as his future looks gleam at Manchester United with Dean Henderson and David De Gea fighting for the starting spot leaving Romero as the third choice keeper. Whether the 33 year old moves away from Old Trafford or not remains to be seen but Romero would have been a solid option to provide competition to Jordan Pickford.
