Dominic Calvert-Lewin was once again on target, continuing his blistering run of form.

Even though the Merseyside derby ended in a draw, there was no shortage of drama and adrenaline. While Richarlison looked out of place, failing to get completely involced in the attack, it was Dominic Calvert-Lewin who once again stole the headlines with a thumping header that was also Everton’s second equalizer.

He rose like a salmon and struck a beautiful header in the 81st minute taking his season tally to 10 goals in 7 games. Meanwhile, Calvert-Lewin also became the first player since Tommy Lawton in 1938-39 to score in first 5 league games of a season.

Calvert-Lewin seems to be on track to get the target of 20 goals that has been set by Carlo Ancelotti.

"I think James Rodriguez is going to help the strikers because he is a fantastic assist man. The target for Dominic is I hope he can reach 20 goals because he has the quality and ability, like Richarlison. With James at the time in Madrid, Ronaldo scored 56 goals: I am not honestly going to ask Dominic to score 56 goals but he has to try to do his best. (via TEAMtalk)"
