According to Don Balon (via Football Fancast), the Colombian playmaker has made his wish known to Ancelotti to see Sanchez at Goodison. The report further claimed that Ancelotti had given him permission to play agent to lure 24 year old by talking about the benefits of life in Merseyside.

Even though Ancelotti and Rodriguez share a close relationship, the assertion that James has demanded the signing of Sanchez is a bit of a stretch.
