Newcastle United will have to devise special plans in order to halt Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

PRT: What special plans could be in place to stop Calvert-Lewin?

"Carson: When it comes to stopping DCL, I think there are two keys that any club would need to focus on. The first is limiting the quality crosses that can go into the box. If he’s not getting good service, his chances of scoring obviously go down. Secondly, you need to keep him off his spots. He’s in such good form that when he gets to the areas he wants to, he’s able to convert. As a defense, Newcastle will need to make him work to get any position in the box and try to direct him to less favorable spots for him to blast home a header."

PRT: Everton and Newcastle saw some fascinating arrivals in the summer. According to you, Which team’s new players fared better so far?

"Carson: Callum Wilson is off to a really quality start for Newcastle United, scoring four goals and adding an assist in six matches. He looks to be the proven target man that NUFC has lacked for the past decade or so, but it’s tough to argue against the impact that James has made for the Toffees. Obviously, he’s dealing with a knock now, but he seems really comfortable and confident at Everton and when he’s on his game, he’s an elite player in the soccer world."
