Carlo Ancelotti will campaign internally to bring Real Madrid man Isco to Everton.

Everton have come a long way in terms of attracting players to the club. The club has literally gone from bringing players like Yannick Bolasie, Oumar Niasse, Cenk Tosun to enticing players such as James Rodriguez and Allan. Thanks to Ancelotti’s influence. The Italian is one of the best managers in the world who has delivered success at every club he has gone to.

A three time Champions League winning coach, Ancelotti knows how to instill a champion mindset in a squad and in a player. That is a prime reason why big names in the football fraternity want to be coached by a manager as great as Ancelotti.

When he arrived at Everton, it was expected that he and Marcel Brands will work closely in tandem and the Italian will have a major say in the transfer matters. There’s no doubt that Allan and James are signings that were catalyzed due to Ancelotti’s presence at Merseyside.

Speaking of Rodriguez, the Colombian has been an instant hit at Goodison after a depressing, injury plagued season at Real Madrid. The success story of James-Ancelotti has now given hope to Isco, who seems to be keen to join the duo at Everton, as per Mirror.

More from Prince Rupert's Tower

Isco isn’t a key figure at Real Madrid and has not been able to nail down a spot in the team. This suggests that he isn’t in the long term plans of Zinedine Zidane with Los Blancos open to cashing in on him as he is set to enter the final 18 months of his contract at Santiago Bernabeu. Ancelotti too has teased the media a bit in his statements when questioned regarding the Isco to Everton link.

Just like James, the Spanish playmaker enjoyed a fruitful season under Ancelotti at Real Madrid in 2014. We all know that the 28 year old possesses unbelievable playmaking quality and flair to dribble past opponents despite lacking pace. His extraordinary vision and technical genius is an asset to any team he plays for. The Toffees cannot go wrong with his signing.

Considering all the factors, it seems the former Real Madrid boss, wants to reunite with Isco and is ready to do everything on his part to make the transfer possible. According to Le10 Sport, Ancelotti is a great admirer of Isco’s talent and is ready to rescue him from Madrid. The Italian is set to vouch and campaign internally in order to convince the Everton board to make a transfer happen in January.

The La Liga giants would not come in the way of a transfer with the transfer fee locked at €20 million. A temporary loan move with an obligation to buy isn’t ruled out.
