The Colombian wishes you a Yerry Christmas.

Defence:

Mason Holgate – 7

Was not at his best but the heavy occupancy of the Arsenal left flank by Kieran Tierney, Bukayo Saka made it tough for the 24 year old to comprehend with. Despite the heavy overloading, Holgate largely did an error free job and occasionally ventured forward, providing support to Iwobi.

Yerry Mina – 8.5

Yerry Mina came disguised as a blue Santa and delivered three points to Everton. He’s a monumental threat aerially and attacked the front post from the Sigurdsson corner. Arsenal looked defenceless against the big Colombian and the next thing we knew was the ball going past the goal line.

Defensively, he was resolute, well oiled and was putting the foot into right areas. First kept Eddie Nketiah in check and later suffocated Alexandre Lacazette, not allowing either Arsenal strikers any space or opportunity. Yerry Christmas!!!

Michael Keane – 8

Taking advantage of the space in front of him, Michael Keane did go for the spectacular in the first half, missing the goal narrowly. Yet, another consistent display from the Englishman who was not at all troubled by Nketiah, having an upper hand on him for almost entire time the 21 year old lasted on the pitch. The 27 year old also dedicated some play from the back and launched long balls targeted at Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

Ben Godfrey – 7

Ben Godfrey has picked his game up bit by bit and coped extremely well in the left back role in the last three games. His surging run forward in the second half was a treat to watch. In fact, his entire 90 minutes on the pitch was a feast. The former Norwich City man was a monster and kept the ever pacey Nico Pepe in check. Made a crunching tackle on Dani Ceballos to get an applause from the vociferous 2000 supporters.
