Reports state that Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele Alli has already received an offer from Everton.

The uncertain future of Dele Alli is the talk of the room as we are less than a fortnight away from the January transfer window. Undesirable at Spurs, Alli is pondering over a January exit in order to secure playing time. Jose Mourinho has underused him this season, giving him just 341 minutes of footballing action on the pitch.

The North Londoners are open to an 18 month loan deal for the Englishman as Mourinho currently doesn’t consider Alli an integral part of the core team. However, Spurs do rate him very highly and a loan deal elsewhere will work for all parties. There is definite interest from Premier League club as well as overseas with PSG, Everton and AS Monaco linked repeatedly.

In fact, according to French publication Le10 Sport, Alli already has an offer on the table from Everton but the Englishman is waiting for any other offer to arrive. The report claims that he doesn’t find a future with the Toffees very exciting and would wait for an offer coming from outside of England.

The 24 year old is ready to leave Spurs and is fascinated by the idea of playing abroad which could be a huge boost for the likes of PSG. The Ligue 1 giants have been monitoring Alli since the summer and even attempted to bring him to Parc des Princes back then but Spurs were adamant not to let one of their stars leave. However, the current scenario is in PSG’s favour with a potential loan bid on the cards soon.

As for Everton, it won’t be the end of the world if they cannot sign Alli. Transfer targets Isco and Luis Alberto remain an option for the Toffees.
