Mason Holgate could return to the lineup.

Defence:

Right back: Mason Holgate

Mason Holgate did a tremendous job at right back in Seamus Coleman’s absence and such were his contributions that he could still be considered as an option at right back despite Coleman’s availability. Coleman drained out for 120 minutes against the Millers and would do with some rest. Holgate doesn’t offer much going forward but is rock solid when it comes to defence.

Centre back: Yerry Mina

Yerry Mina came on as a substitute in the FA Cup tie and his arrival on the field changed the way the defence operated. He brought stability to the backline and that is a testament of how important he has become to the defence.

At times, he can be at fault too for poor decision making, but his progression is too remarkable to be ignored. Wolves are a physically dominating side and a player like Mina will help Everton in neutralizing some of the aerial threat they will pose.

Centre back: Michael Keane

Michael Keane had a forgetful return to the team in the FA Cup after being rested against West Ham. The Englishman was not at his best against the Championship side and will be itching to get into his Mr. Consistent zone. The pair of Keane and Mina has worked very well in the central defence, yielding positive results so Ancelotti may push to stick with the same formula.

Left back: Lucas Digne

Lucas Digne will return to the Premier League lineup after 22nd November, almost after a gap of two months. Digne has beat the clock and recovered way ahead of his schedule, leaving many in shock. Ancelotti too is surprised by his rate of recovery but is glad to have one of the most important players in the team back. Digne’s attacking forays may have to remain limited as the Frenchman will have to pay some extra attention to muscleman Adama Traore.
