Everton must remain alert in Leon Bailey chase

Everton do need some reinforcements at wings. Considering James Rodriguez as a No.10, the Toffees only have Richarlison and Alex Iwobi as dependable options. Anthony Gordon is still carving a way out for himself as he continues to prosper under Ancelotti and develop from a budding youngster to someone whom Everton can trust in every game. An air of uncertainty revolves around Bernard’s future leaving the Toffees scarce in the wing department.

An explosive attacker like Bailey will be a huge coup for the Toffees as the club prepares to further strengthen the roster in order to achieve the dream of Europe. A transfer in summer to an English club is most likely but which Top Flight club wins the race for Bailey remains to be seen.
