Everton face Hillsborough side Sheffield Wednesday at 20:15 GMT on Sunday.

Everton take on Sheffield Wednesday in the fourth round of FA Cup. Carlo Ancelotti’s men play after a break of over a week, with the last game a comprehensive win over Wolves at Molineux. Sheffield Wednesday have been able to revive themselves to some extent from the grisly state of affairs.

A distorted, crisis-laden Championship side with rich history beating a high flying Premier League team, trying to challenge the status quo would make a prodigious FA Cup fairytale. Everton have to prevent that at any cost when the welcome the Owls at Goodison Park.

Ancelotti is without key personnel Lucas Digne, Alex Iwobi, Neils Nkounkou, Fabian Delph, Allan and Jean-Philippe Gbamin. With the Top Flight game against Leicester just 48 hours away, the Italian boss will have player fitness and freshness on the mind. However, that doesn’t mean that the Toffees are to take the FA Cup lightly. Here is the Everton predicted lineup:

Goalkeeper: Robin Olsen

Robin Olsen is making somewhat of an impression at Goodison Park. When he arrived at Goodison Park, there was some scepticism as the Swede had an image of being error prone but that now seems to be a distant past. The 31 year old has put up some brilliant performances in the Everton shirt and even though the opportunities have been limited, he has convinced the club hierarchy that he’s the right man to challenge Jordan Pickford.
