This is a point Everton fans have been wanting to read for a while. Dominic Calvert-Lewin broke his almost two months long goal-scoring drought against Leeds with a real poachers goal, being in the right place at the right time to snatch a goal at the back-post.

He decided to prove to Premier League fans that he’s still a top striker in the league, with his poaching instincts coming in perfect as he was in the right place at the right time to score the 95th-minute equaliser to steal the point for Everton.

Calvert-Lewin had a solid game all-around and a 7.5 rating, making him the joint second-best player along with Cavani, Keane, and Abdoulaye Doucoure.

The striker struggled to get into the game until the second half, where he played the ball that rebounded off to De Gea to give Doucoure Everton’s first goal. The Englishman played one key pass and completed 75% of his passes as he tried to bring other players into the game.

In the end, it was Calvert-Lewin who did it himself, creating a season highlight for Toffees fans as they put themselves only four points behind the top four with a game in hand on all teams except Manchester City.
