Attackers:

Right Wing: James Rodriguez

James Rodriguez picked up a minor injury in Saturday’s game against Manchester United and is a doubt for tomorrow night’s game.

However, Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that he is suffering from a tight calf and will be monitored in training before a decision is made. If he is fit enough, he will play, but if not he will be saved for this weekend’s fixture.

Ancelotti will surely prefer to have someone of Rodriguez’s quality play in tomorrow’s important game and would rest him for Sunday’s game against Fulham if possible.

Centre Forward: Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Following his dramatic, last-gasp equaliser at Old Trafford, Dominic Calvert-Lewin has now scored in three of his last five games, including his last two, and has put any questions of a goalscoring drought to bed.

Calvert-Lewin will be full of confidence heading into tomorrow’s game and will be looking to fire Everton into the next round of the cup, as the Blues look to end their 26-year run without a trophy.

Left Wing: Richarlison

After appearing for Bournemouth earlier in the competition, Joshua King is cup-tied for tomorrow’s fixture, but Carlo still has plenty of options to choose from in the attacking positions, with the likes of Alex Iwobi and Bernard available for the game.

However, we expect with the boss to stick with Richarlison, despite the Brazilian’s underwhelming recent form. Richarlison will always work hard for the team, but his luck in front of goal have frustrated both the player and the fans for much of this season.

Tomorrow night’s big game offers Richarlison a chance to get a goal when it matters most, to give him a much-needed confidence boost and kick start his season.
