PSG are looking to sign Moise Kean permanently from Everton

One thing Everton need is a right-winger; James Rodriguez has mainly played that role, but bringing in somebody who can play as a wide forward would allow Rodriguez to move into his natural position of attacking midfield.

Kean would fit this role perfectly, if Ancelotti manages to convince his Italian compatriot to stay at Goodison Park, it would save the Toffees a lot of money, which would allow them to improve more positions, like right-back and forward depth.

Fans are open to a return to Goodison Park for Kean, with many of them seeing Kean in a more positive light after scoring against former Everton manager Ronald Koeman’s Barcelona side, playing an important role in PSG’s 4-1 victory against Barca at the Nou Camp.

Kean has shown he can perform on the right side, with him grabbing his goal against Barcelona coming from the right, so he can more than likely play that role for the Toffees.

He has scored 14 goals in 26 appearances for PSG and for a player who’s arguably the fourth option upfront, behind Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Mauro Icardi. The possibility of him returning to Goodison could also depend on Lionel Messi’s future.

The rumours have stated that PSG want Messi and may be able to afford it. If this happens, it could see Moise Kean sent back to Everton unless Mauricio Pochettino wants to get rid of either Icardi or Angel Di Maria. Still, the problem is that Messi may want to play with some of his Argentinian teammates.

If Kean returns to Everton, Ancelotti has said he’ll give Kean a starring role. With the possibility of Champions League looming over Goodison Park, it could see Kean return to form a deadly front three with Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison. It’s a win-win for the Toffees; they’ll either receive a huge sum for Kean or have a future star in their hands to form a dangerous front three with an average age of 22.

It’s safe to say that either way, the Toffees have a very bright future.
