Everton travel to West Bromwich Albion with the hope to continue their winning run.

Everton face West Bromwich Albion on Thursday at the Hawthorns, coming off two successive wins in the league. The Toffees played on Monday might against Southampton and managed a hard fought 1-0 win. With the next fixture in just three days’ time, Carlo Ancelotti may rotate some of his players to keep them fit and fresh as we enter the last quarter of the season.

Both the sides coming into the tie have different aspirations. For West Brom, salvaging a result against the Royal Blues will be huge in their fight for survival whereas Everton will want to take all three points to keep their push for top four on track.

Yerry Mina, Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Fabian Delph have been ruled out of the trip to West Brom with calls on James Rodriguez, Tom Davies, Robin Olsen and Seamus Coleman to take place after their examination. Ancelotti also stated that the condition of Allan will also be checked as he has just returned from a lengthy two month lay off period due to injury.

The Toffees have a stupendous away record, taking 26 points from 12 games; hence the trip to the Midlands will give some sort of a psychological boost. However, Sam Allardyce’s Baggies cannot be underestimated. The team is fighting for survival and will look to inflict damage in whatever means possible.

Here is the Everton predicted lineup:

Goalkeeper: Jordan Pickford

Jordan Pickford produced a world class save in the final moments of the game from Jannik Vestergaard’s effort to help Everton clinch all three points against Southampton. Prior to the Saints game, the Englishman produced an unbelievable display against Liverpool.

It is safe to say that Pickford is enjoying a rich run of form and brakes shouldn’t be applied to him. The 26 year old is blooming with confidence and appears to do everything right. He should be starting against West Brom regardless of Olsen being available or not.
