Juventus eye Moise Kean: 2 players Everton must ask in exchange
Adrien Rabiot has been linked to Everton throughout the last few months
Adrien Rabiot + £20 million
I’m going to stick with initial valuation of Kean from Fabrizio Romano who said Everton could demand £50-60 million for the Italian. So that means Juventus would have to pay around £50-60 million to land Moise Kean, and there’s a deal that works perfectly for both clubs.
Adrien Rabiot is a player Carlo Ancelotti has been sniffing around for a while now. He already knows Rabiot quite well, with Ancelotti handing him his debut for PSG back in 2012, it’s clear that Ancelotti holds Rabiot in high regards, and it’s understandable why.
The Frenchman hasn’t had the best of seasons, with Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo preferring players like Weston McKennie and Rodrigo Bentancur over Rabiot. Midfield is arguably Juventus’ strongest area of the field, with the Turin-based club also employing Arthur and the previously mentioned Aaron Ramsey, so it’s understandable that Rabiot may feel lost in the shuffle.
One competition Rabiot has shined in is the Champions League, even though he’s only made seven appearances. He currently averages a 7.25 in the Champions League, a number he also averaged for the French national team in the Nations League. Rabiot has been extremely effective on the defensive side of the ball, averaging 2.6 tackles and 2.3 interceptions, which would make give him the most defensive actions in Everton’s midfield if he was an Everton player.
Rabiot is valued at around £28 million (According to TransferMarkt), so it’s possible that if Everton stick to their guns, then they can get around £20 million and Rabiot for Kean, a deal which would be amazing for Everton, giving them a midfielder they want and also funds which could help go towards a right-back or a right-winger.
