It looks as though Brazilian winger Bernard might well be on his way out of Everton this summer and moving to Spain.

This article claims that Real Betis under former Mancester City manager Manuel Pellegrini wants to bring the Everton winger to La Liga.

Bernard has never really ever managed to find a niche or a place in the Toffees side since he signed from Shaktar Donetsk in 2018.

He has struggled to ever produce the kind of form that Blues fans would have been hoping for when he arrived as a signing that represented a coup for Everton.

The diminutive Brazilian has great technical skill and can certainly create chances and score goals neither of which he has done enough of though.

Bernard has also struggled with injuries during his time at Goodison Park as he’s perhaps found it hard to cope with the physical aspect of the Premier League.

Ever since Carlo Ancelotti came in as Blues manager it’s looked pretty clear that he doesn’t see any future for the usually left-sided attacker.

In the summer transfer window last year there was a chance Bernard would get a move away when a Saudi club were in for him but that deal fell through as he apparently decided against that switch.

The Spaniards are likely to want to pay around £10 million for the Brazilian if they are to move to bring him to Real Betis this summer.

Obviously once again as always I don’t know if this story has any foundation to it but it would seem a good chance for Bernard to re-start his career.

One another current Everton player who might also be leaving this summer is Josh King.

The former Bournemouth forward who only joined the Toffees in January has failed to secure a role in Ancelotti’s team and it looks increasingly unlikely he will be staying.

Now sportwitness claim that Galatasaray will come for the Noweigan striker when the transfer window opens and will come with a big offer.

I’m doubtful that the Turkish club will be making a big offer for a player who’s hardly featured in the Blues team since he jonied in a slightly strange situation.

Anyway, I don’t think King is going to be an Everton player when next season kicks off so I guess if Galatasaray want to sign him then that could be a good option.
