Salomon Rondon could be in line to start again for Everton

Attack:

Striker: Salomon Rondon

Salomon Rondon started his first game for Everton against Dean Smith’s side and came close to scoring on a couple of occasions. Rondon clearly looked tired, indicating he still lacks match fitness but with Everton without Richarlison and DCL, Benitez is left with fewer options than to name Rondon in the starting lineup.

He will be expected to be Everton’s prime source of goals in the attack. The Venezuelan might not be able to give 90 minutes as tiredness might take a toll but till the time he’s on the pitch, the Toffees will have the best chance of scoring.

Striker: Demarai Gray

Demarai Gray has been a sensation since joining Everton. The former Leicester City man was regarded as a mediocre signing but he is literally lightning up the team with his flashy and extraordinary performances. Gray has regained his sharpness after a shallow spell in Germany and is oozing with confidence.

Despite not being an outright striker, he can slot into that role and provide breathtaking pace upfront. The 25 year old is currently one of the best players and the Toffees can rely on him to make a difference in the game.
