Fabian Delph will anchor the Everton midfield

Midfield:

Left wing: Demarai Gray

Demarai Gray has been a threat to the opposition through his sheer pace and movement. His ability to make defenders dance to his tunes makes him one of the most dangerous players on the pitch. Gray can create havoc on the Watford defence who have already shipped 70 goals this season.

Central midfield: Fabian Delph

Fabian Delph has been the backbone of Everton’s midfield recently. The 32 year old has shown that experience and continued efforts are extremely important in a relegation scrap and he has offered just that in the battle. Delph should pip Allan into the starting lineup once again. He will be in charge of moving the ball from midfield and commanding the side from the centre of the pitch.

Central midfield: Abdoulaye Doucoure

Delph’s presence allows Abdoulaye Doucoure to do the dirty defensive work and put in tackles to stop the opposition attack. Doucoure has been given the license to run and cover as much ground as possible to make his presence felt in every area of the ground.

Right wing: Anthony Gordon

Anthony Gordon has been the crown jewel of this Everton side. Especially under Lampard, Gordon has been an indispensable part of the side.
