After all the euphoria post the Crystal Palace win, Everton now go into the final game of the season against Arsenal with a renewed hope and an aim to finish the season in the best way possible. However, securing a win against the mighty Gunners isn’t an easy task.

Arsenal are still in the top four race but their fate is not in their hands. They need to win and hope that Norwich City spring up a surprise against Tottenham Hotspur. Mikel Arteta’s men will be coming with all their might. Frank Lampard spoke about relaxing a bit as the pressure of relegation battle has subsided and that means the players can approach the game with a bit of an ease rather than having a an axe to their head.

In the press conference leading to the game, Lampard reinstated that despite having a relaxed atmosphere; Everton won’t take the game lightly and push to get the right result. He also indicated that a few players who haven’t had many opportunities can play against Arsenal.

Goalkeeper: Asmir Begovic

Asmir Begovic hasn’t had too many opportunities this season. In total, he has played just six games this term, with Jordan Pickford remaining undoubted No.1. With Everton’s Premier League status now secured, Begovic should get a game. He recently signed a contract extension extending his stay till 2023 and as a bonus, Lampard should start the Bosnian.
