Everton should retain the back three from previous game

Defence:

Centre back: Seamus Coleman

Seamus Coleman has slotted well in the role of a centre back. He has been defensively sound and kept a good connect with Alex Iwobi. Coleman’s captaincy and leadership have been crucial in Everton’s survival fight.

Centre back: Michael Keane

Michael Keane returned to Everton’s lineup against Crystal Palace and was crucial in defence and attack, scoring the first goal and initiating the comeback, meanwhile, also remaining solid positionally to stop Palace from scoring the third goal.

Keane has received a lot of criticism this season for his lack of consistency and errors he’s committed, so the Englishman will want to finish the season on a positive note. He will have a tough battle with Alexandre Lacazette who plays his final game in an Arsenal shirt.

Centre back: Mason Holgate

Mason Holgate was massive in the Crystal Palace game. He has stepped up and remained consistent when his partners kept on changing due to injury and suspension. The Englishman has really improved his positional game and seems as though he’s hitting his best form.

Holgate will have to face the pace and skill of Bukayo Saka and it will be a real test for the former Barnsley man.
