Everton has been rumoured to sell Richarlison this summer as big clubs from Europe come for the Brazilian. However, Champions League winners Real Madrid are not interested.

According to Gianluca di Marzio, Real Madrid have no interest in signing Everton’s top scorer despite their desire to sign a big fish to their attack this summer. The Spanish club just completed a tremendous season where they finished first in La Liga and won the biggest competition in all of club football, the Champions League.

Real Madrid are a team looking to buy new talent this summer. The team just barely missed out on signing young superstar Kylian Mbappe so Richarlison would make sense as a backup plan.

Richarlison was the leading scorer for Everton, netting 10 goals in the Premier League. The young Brazilian produced ten goals in just thirty games this season. He also contributed as a playmaker finishing with five assists on the year.

Everton may not be able to keep Richarlison beyond this summer

He led amongst his teammates in both scoring categories making Richarlison the ultimate playmaker. He was a beast on the field for the Toffees and he should sell for a heavy penny this summer if big fishes of Europe come for him.

Real Madrid was the top contender to buy Richarlison this summer along with Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain. His potential to grow in the next few seasons is off the charts so he won’t come for cheap.

It is expected that the 25 year old could sell for well over £50 million so Everton is exploring younger options for next season. Valentin Castellanos is an option for the team to buy as a depth player but the club also has shown interest in trying out Ellis Simms who is returning from loan.

Whether he goes to Real Madrid or another team, the Toffees may have to adjust to life without one of their star strikers next season. If Richarlison stays Dominic Calvert-Lewin may not.
