One of the other great excitements of the summer for Premier League fans, outside of adding new players to improve the squad, is the revealing of new kits for the upcoming campaign.
Along with the announcement regarding the club's first summer signing in the form of midfielder Hayden Hackney, Everton also showcased the club's new home kit for the 2026/27 season, designed by Castore.
It's a big announcement in that it features not only the kit itself, but the confirmation of both the new shirt sponsor, CMC Markets, and the move of Stake from the front of the shirt to the sleeve. This helps to align with England's new laws around having betting sites as the main sponsor.
The shirt itself is not terribly exciting, to be honest, as it's a fairly straightforward blue shirt, with some accents on the collar and sleeve. Both feature a white ring with a spot of yellow in the front, in the case of the collar, and the side, in the case of the sleeve.
CMC Markets' logo is emblazoned on the front of the shirt in white. The kit will be worn with white shorts that include a "blue vertical flash on the sides and matching trinity amber trim on the cutaway. The Everton crest appears on the right thigh, opposite the signature Castore wings," according to the Everton website.
The socks will feature a similar design to the shirt. They are mostly blue, with a white top and a yellow stripe along the top, with EFC centered in white.
The goalkeeper kit is bright green with a subtle, black wavy design that includes matching shorts and should provide a nice contrast to the kits for most opposition clubs.
The kit should make its debut in the preseason, which opens in just over two weeks when the Toffees travel to Dens Park to take on Dundee FC in Scotland.
Supporters can head over to the team store at Hill Dickinson or Everton Two to pick up their kits and any other new gear they need for the new year. Or they are already available for purchase online for those outside of Liverpool.
