Everton will play their second preseason match of the summer today, travelling to Blackburn to take on Rovers. With a few key players returning to training this week after breaks due to being part of their international teams, David Moyes will have more options for his side today than at the midweek trip to Accrington Stanley.
This is the side that Moyes has chosen to begin the match:

The XI features preseason debuts for Idrissa Gana Gueye and Iliman Ndiaye, as well as new signing Mark Travers, who will begin the afternoon in goal for the Toffees. Standouts from Tuesday's clash, such as Harrison Armstrong, Tim Iroegbunam, and teenager Justin Clarke, begin on the bench for Everton.
Like last time out, expect the starters to get a good run as the squad looks to build up its form and fitness heading into the next stage of preseason, a trip to the United States.
Notably missing from the group are goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and new striker Thierno Barry, who appears set to make his debut for the Toffees in America, having joined Everton almost immediately after starring for France in the U21 Euros tournament.
How to watch
The match is available by purchasing an Everton Match Pass, either as part of a previously purchased bundle from Tuesday's match or a new one for the trip to Blackburn only. It will also be available on demand after the conclusion of the contest.
Kickoff is scheduled for 3 PM local time, which is 10 AM ET in the United States. While it was previously announced that the new away kits would make their debut today, it appears the home side are wearing a gold kit, which means it will that on-field reveal will need to wait for another day.
This is the first matchup between these two clubs since another preseason friendly in 2018, which Everton lost 3-0 as the away side. Their last meeting during a meaningful match was way back on January 21, 2012, a 1-1 draw at Goodison Park. That game also featured David Moyes in Everton's dugout.
