There's no other way to put it: Everton have not exactly made Hill Dickinson Stadium a difficult place for opponents to play during its first season as the Toffees' new home.
To a certain extent, that's to be expected. Goodison Park was a fortress because of the way it surrounded opponents, making it a difficult away day for opposing clubs, often regardless of how well Everton were playing.
That should come in time, but in the meantime, Everton must do what it can to solve the problem, with just four home matches left before the inaugural campaign at the Hill Dickinson is done and dusted.
The opponents in that mix won't make it easy, with Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Sunderland coming to the Bramley-Moore Dock site before the season comes to an end.
For now, the problem is about how David Moyes will line up his side for today's game with the London Blues coming to Merseyside.
Everton's predicted starting XI vs Chelsea (4-2-3-1)
Goalkeeper & Defenders
Jordan Pickford (GK): Everton's goalkeeper has proved himself to be one of the world's best at his position. He'll join England for yet another international break duty after Saturday's match.
Vitalii Mykolenko (LB): The Ukrainian has been his mostly solid self throughout this season. He'll likely be tasked with containing Pedro Neto.
Jarrad Branthwaite (CB): Moyes was coy about whether his star defender would be back, but if he's healthy, this would be a good match to bring him back into the fold.
Michael Keane (CB): Keane has been useful so long as he has either Branthwaite or Jake O'Brien next to him. Tarkowski could also be back, but again, Moyes didn't state outright how he'd feature either.
Jake O'Brien (RB): This is a shame, because he was once again excellent back in his natural position against Arsenal. His time will come, but probably not until next season.
Midfielders
Idrissa Gana Gueye (CDM): He's been starting to look more like himself lately, especially last week against the Gunners.
James Garner (CM): His England debut could be on the horizon, a well-earned opportunity given how excellent he's been this season.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (CAM): The former Chelsea player has to be chomping at the bit to show his former squad what they're missing.
Forwards
Iliman Ndiaye (LW): Continues to be one of the unsung players in the Premier League, maybe the world. He, like Gana, has been looking more like his magical self in recent weeks.
Dwight McNeil (RW): I concede. Tyrique George can't play against his parent club, so Tyler Dibling should feature somehow, but McNeil seems to have earned Moyes' trust again.
Thierno Barry (CF): He had a bad past-match situation after the Arsenal game, and the less said there, the better. But his athleticism should be useful against a suspect Chelsea centerback pairing.
