Gabriel Magalhaes is a long time target for Everton.

Right back: Mehmet Zeki Celik (LOSC Lille)

The Lille right back is a target for Tottenham Hotspur and Everton. After the Royal Blues decided not to pursue a permanent deal for Djibril Sidibe, rumors gained momentum of a new right back required and Lille right back Celik was the name that emerged. Spurs are said to be closer to the Turk as they plot a replacement for Serge Aurier.

Centre back: Kurt Zouma (Chelsea)

The Chelsea centre back is an actual target and not just a rumor circulating in the social media. Zouma is a player that even Carlo Ancelotti apporves of but no major steps have been taken by the Toffees to sign the Frenchman. Chelsea are also open to offloading the 25 year old but the Royal Blues at the moment remain focused on Gabriel Magalhaes.

Centre back: Gabriel Magalhaes (LOSC Lille)

How can I not mention Gabriel Magalhaes? If there’s one player that has constantly occupied the news feeds of Everton fans this summer it has to be him. The Brazilian’s transfer saga takes an unexpected turn every other day and till date, a transfer to any of the linked teams hasn’t been finalized.

Napoli, Arsenal, Manchester United and Everton are behind the Lille man and at the time of writing the Gli Azzuri are the favorites. I mention this because a week ago, Arsenal were in pole position and a week before that it was Solskjaer’s side. Whatever it is a Gabriel Magalhaes decision will be made by the end of this week and this saga will culminate finally!

Left back: Sergio Reguilon (Real Madrid)

The Real Madrid left back who is impressing while on loan at Sevilla is a wanted man at Chelsea, Everton and Napoli. The Toffees were one of the first teams mentioned and later Chelsea and Naples joined. Los Blancos are ready to let go of the Spaniard for a fee of around €30 million. Reguilon to Goodison doesn’t make much sense because Lucas Digne will remain a first choice and Sergio Reguilon is too good to be a second choice at Everton.
