Everton remains in talks with Napoli over Allan.

Central defensive midfielder: Abdoulaye Doucoure (Watford)

Abdoulaye Doucoure was a rumoured Everton target after Watford’s relegation was confirmed. It is true that the Hornets may have to sell many of their players to cope with the financial losses due to Corona Virus which were further worsened by the club’s relegation. Arsenal were also eyeing him but again this was a rumour that did turn many Everton heads because he is the kind of profile Toffees are in search for.

Left Central midfielder: Allan (Napoli)

This is one of the few credible and realistic targets. Allan is on his way out of Napoli and the Toffees are very close to reaching an agreement with the Serie A giants. Napoli wants €30 million plus €5 million in bonuses whereas Brands is willing to only offer €25+5 million. The negotiations continue and maybe in a few weeks Allan will make a switch to the Premier League.

Right Central midfielder: Weston McKennie (Schalke 04)

The USMNT man wants out of Schalke 04 and has been linked to a number of Premier League sides with AS Monaco and Hertha Berlin being his other suitors. Weston Mckennie will move away from Schalke but Merseyside doesn’t look his desired destination. Hertha are closing in on the 21 year old.
