Mario Gotze brings immense versatility to any team.

2. Mario Gotze

Mario Gotze and Borussia Dortmund parted ways for the second time in the German’s career. The 28 year old who was once dubbed as German Messi has really been caught in injuries which have resulted in his downfall. When he is fit and when he is on the pitch, he is one of the most technically adept players making silky passes and attacking runs second to none.

The only reason why Everton should sign him is that the options he brings on the table. Everton is already stacked in the midfield but Mario Gotze is more than your ideal midfielder. He is more of an attacking midfielder who has even played as a false 9 or an outright attacker for a significant part of his career.

Everton needs to make these statement signings. They have already made one in form of James Rodriguez and if Mario Gotze joins that list, it’ll be a loud and clear message to the rest of the Premier League teams that Everton means real business, on and off the pitch.

European giants still eyeing Everton man, Ancelotti counting on him this season. light. Also

As I mentioned before that don’t consider that all 3 will be ever signed together. So, if Kean does depart, Mario Gotze can be signed, who is capable of even playing as a striker as he has done under Pep Guardiola during his days at Bayern Munich.

At 28, he still has a good chunk of prime years left in him and if he is able to remain injury free or minimize the injuries, he can prove it to the world that he is still a top player. It’ll be quite an achievement if Mario Gotze is able to exhibit his A-game in the Premier League war zone.

Mario Gozte could be another high profile signing who will add value to Everton on and off the field and the Toffees should consider him.
