Dele Alli’s future seems to lie away from Tottenham.

Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur)

Dele Alli is undesirable in the eyes of Jose Mourinho and a lot of doubts have already been cast on his future at Tottenham. Spurs are willing to send Alli out on 18 month loan with the Englishman also hoping to revive himself after a barren spell of six odd months.

Several reports stated that Everton are eyeing Alli on a loan deal. The Toffees are eager to end Alli’s purgatory in North London. Of course, Alli has other suitors too with PSG one of the biggest competitors to the Toffees. We might be witnessing changing of the guard as PSG have sacked Thomas Tuchel and former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is likely to take over reins at Parc des Princes.

Pochettino taking over at PSG could mean that he’ll want to reunite with some of Spurs stars with whom he’s spent a large part of his managerial career. Alli was a regular in Pochettino’s side and his arrival at the helm of PSG could mean that PSG make an extra effort to please the new boss by signing Alli.

Perhaps, Alli is also intrigued by the idea of playing overseas leaving Everton in a spot of bother. A deal for Alli looks challenging at this point considering certain factors. Even though the player has immense quality and experience of playing the Premier League, Everton may not be able to lure him to Goodison.
