"“He has no problem. I talk to him every day. He’s happy here, confident, motivated. He had a few problems with his calf in the last few games, but he’s in good condition. I don’t know if he complains about the weather!”"

This was a ridiculous rumour considering James Rodriguez played in Munich, which doesn’t have the nicest weather. However, some Everton fans still had concerns that their Colombian magician may want to leave for somewhere where the sun shines a little more. Ancelotti refuted this.

James has had a huge impact during his time in Liverpool; he’s one of the best creators in the Premier League, with a huge 53 SCAs (Shot-Creating Actions), which is 17 above the next closest player Richarlison.

He may not be the quickest or most athletic, but his football IQ is almost unrivalled, and that’s why Toffees’ fans were scared of even a one percent chance that the Colombian could leave for another club.

It’s safe to say that James Rodriguez isn’t going anywhere and that he can handle the English weather; he clearly believes in Ancelotti’s project. Everton fans shouldn’t worry about him leaving until his contract expires or the club sells him.
