Everton are planning to raid recently relegated Leeds United as they are interested in three Leeds players that will reinforce the feeble attack. The Toffees are considering moves for Jack Harrison, Wilfried Gnonto and Crysencio Summerville.

Everton managed to stay up on the final match day of the Premier League but Leeds United and Leicester City weren’t that lucky. Leeds and Leicester have dropped down the Championship and face a potential fire sale of their best talents as Premier League and other clubs from abroad circle around.

Everton need to strengthen their attack this summer and signing a forward is on the top of their agenda. Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s poor fitness doesn’t impart a lot of trust and bringing a new striker will also ease the pressure on Calvert-Lewin. Sean Dyche might also fancy reinforcements at the flanks as the Toffees only have three wingers in their team. Andros Townsend will be released as a free agent, leaving Dwight McNeil, Alex Iwobi and Demarai Gray as options out wide.

Everton eye moves for Jack Harrison, Crysencio Summerville and Wilfried Gnonto

Gray is wanted by Fulham and there is a possibility of him being sold. There are rumours lately about Iwobi considering an exit as just one year is left on his current deal. In such circumstance,  Dyche will need to sign wingers to improve the attack.

Everton have been linked with moves for Leeds United trio Harrison, Gnonto and Summerville. According to Football Transfers, EFC are in talks to sign Harrison and Gnonto this summer. Harrison is also admired by Newcastle United and has a release clause of £16 million in his contract. The 26 year old would be open to a move to the northwest as his family is already situated there.

The Toffees are also in talks with Gnonto and are pushing to sign him but a compromise must be reached over the fee for the deal to happen. The Italian also operates on the left flank but can play as a secondary striker too. He is valued at £15.4 million by Transfermarkt and has a contract till 2027.

According to The Telegraph, EFC are also in the race to sign Leeds’ right winger Crysencio Summerville. The Dutch winger is expected to leave this summer as Leeds have suffered a drop to the Championship. Summerville is also an active part of the Netherlands U-21 side playing in the U-21 EURO this month. Interest in the 21 year old could intensify and a deal could be completed in the region of £12 million. Everton aren’t the only admirers as Feyenoord are also interested in signing the winger.

The Merseysiders have been linked with three attackers of Leeds United but transfers for all three seem unlikely at this point. Their valuation stands at around £44 million and Everton are unlikely to spend such an amount only on attacking reinforcements.

Will EFC sign one of the aforementioned Leeds United players?
