This young man is a hot commodity and Everton are reportedly still courting the Charlton teenager. The 19-year-old is valued at £10 million by the Addicks and it seems they’re not willing to go any lower. About a week ago, the Mirror reported that Everton made a verbal offer of £7 million which was turned down by the London club.

Still waiting to see whether Everton will offer the full asking price, the Toffees will have to compete with other clubs to procure his services. Manchester United and Arsenal, among others, are keen on the young, dynamic striker.
