Brazilian forward Richarlison is being linked with a number of clubs after his stellar performances in the 2021-22 Premier League campaign for his current club, Everton. The likes of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, PSG and Spurs have been linked with signing the versatile forward.

The 25-year-old striker scored 10 goals and provided 5 assists in 28 appearances this season and helped the Toffees escape relegation. In the run-in alone he scored 6 goals and provided an assist, including the winner against Chelsea at the Goodison Park.

The Royal Blues were without their talismanic striker, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, for the majority of the season due to injury issues but Richarlison stepped up when the club needed him the most and led the forward line for Frank Lampard’s men.

Kylian Mbappé renewed his contract with PSG and snubbed a move to Real Madrid, and because of this Carlo Ancelotti will have to look elsewhere for attacking reinforcements. The Italian manager is looking at his former club, Everton, for a forward and wants to bring Richarlison to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, as per Tutto Mercato Web.

Richarlison is unsure about his future at Everton

The recently crowned 14 time UEFA Champions League winners already possess the likes of Karim Benzema, Vinicius Junior, Eden Hazard, and Rodrygo in attack but with Gareth Bale leaving, there is an opportunity for Richarlison to join Los Blancos’ attack.

The former Watford player recently gave an interview on national duty speaking about his future which further added fuel to fire over his situation. He has been linked with Real Madrid in the past, but a move never materialized but this time around a move to Spain looks more feasible than ever.

If Richarlison decides to leave then he’d leave the Goodison Park having made 152 appearances,  scoring 53 goals and providing 13 assists in the process. (stats via FBref)

Only time will tell whether Carlo Ancelotti is serious about this reunion or not. This move can benefit all the parties involved as Everton will be getting a good transfer fee for their prolific forward, Real Madrid will be getting a good option in attack, and Richarlison will get the opportunity to play for a club that regularly competes for silverware.
